Sarika Kosaraju is a seasoned Senior Scientist with over 12 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, specializing in GMP-compliant vaccine development and manufacturing. With a strong foundation in molecular biology and process development, she has held pivotal roles that bridge research and quality operations. Sarika combines technical depth with operational leadership, and her current pursuit of an MBA at Melbourne Business School underscores her growing focus on strategic and cross-functional leadership.

- 🏅 Throughout her career, Sarika has successfully led the development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing systems for live bacterial and protozoal vaccines. Her hands-on expertise with bioreactors, fermenters, and TFF systems has directly contributed to improved efficiency and compliance in production environments.
