Dr. SUJANI GUDIPATI is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in scientific research, teaching, and administration. Currently leading the R&D division at Advance Aqua Biotechnologies India Pvt Ltd., Dr.Sujani Gudipati develops innovative veterinary pharmaceutical formulations to enhance animal health globally. With a rich academic history, including roles as Vice Principal, Lecturer, and Head of Department at esteemed institutions like Andhra Loyola College and Sri Chaitanya College, they have nurtured talent and contributed to the overall growth of students through teaching, counseling, and career guidance. A prolific researcher and dedicated participant in international seminars and webinars, Dr. Sujani Gudipati has presented groundbreaking work in aqua phytobiotics and sustainable agricultural practices. Their research has been recognized with accolades such as "Best Poster Presentation," and they have contributed significantly to climate change studies, biodiversity conservation, and pharmaceutical advancements. Their academic achievements also include involvement with national and international conferences, guest faculty roles, and contributions as a Board of Studies member. Dr. Sujani Gudapati combines a unique blend of teaching, scientific innovation, and event management expertise, holding a vision of empowering individuals and organizations. Their dedication to knowledge transfer and skill development has left a lasting impact on academia and the broader scientific community. Presently heading the R & D of ADVANCE AQUA BIOTECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD., Vijayawada, the Veterinary Pharmaceuticals developing formulations for the growth and health of the animals across the globe. Extended my service for an academic year to the under privileged girls of Gandhiji Mahila College Vijayawada as Zoology faculty Worked as Vice Principal, X - Seed team leader, science faculty of Future Path High School, Vijayawada. Duties include apart from teaching the overall management of academics and non-academic aspects of the school. Student counselling, Parent interaction, Teachers training, responsibility towards society, association with other counterparts for overall development of the child and the institution.

- 🏅 Dr. Sujani Worked in Andhra Loyola College as Lecturer and Head of the Department of Fish and Fisheries, (UGC Course) was also associated with the Women's cell activities as secretary, was the coordinator and Staff Incharge, also involved with career guidance and counselling of Students. Worked as Lecture in KBN College, Department of Zoology taught Zoology to Intermediate and Degree level.

Worked in Sri Chaitanya College in the Capacity of Vice Principal and Zoology Faculty. Worked as Zoology Faculty in Vikas Junior College, Vijayawada. Worked as Science Faculty in Vikasa Vidya Vanam (ICSE School) VPS Public School, (CBSE School) to gain expertise in teaching.
